Roslyn Taylor, a registered BAS Agent with the Tax Practitioners Board, has been the driving force behind Sums and Solutions since its inception in 2007. With a deep commitment to financial literacy and education, Roslyn offers specialised training in Xero and bookkeeping, conducts interactive workshops, and has led numerous financial literacy courses tailored for women.
Her extensive career spans various roles, including notable positions in banks and the private sector, where she held management roles such as Finance Manager and Administration Manager. This diverse background enriches her ability to provide targeted financial solutions across multiple industries.
Roslyn’s client portfolio is equally diverse, encompassing sectors such as motels, construction, agriculture, hospitality, retail, personal services, renewable energy, gyms, dental clinics, and transport. Her expertise allows businesses across these varied industries to streamline their financial operations and achieve greater success.

Sarah Bryce, our Senior Bookkeeper, has been a valued member of the team for the past two years. She has successfully completed her Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping and is currently working towards achieving her BAS certification under the expert guidance of Roslyn Taylor.
As a Xero Certified Advisor, Sarah brings a strong skill set and a broad understanding of various industries, gained through her diverse professional experience. This knowledge allows her to effectively support businesses by addressing their unique needs and challenges.
Outside of work, Sarah has a passion for cooking, bringing the same dedication and creativity to her personal life as she does to her bookkeeping expertise.
Peter Taylor, our Business Consultant and Administrator, brings over 35 years of invaluable experience in managing and operating businesses. His expertise spans multiple industries, including home furnishings, the building sector, renewable energy, and home heating.
Peter provides essential support to both our team and clients, assisting with business strategies and the development of effective business plans. His in-depth knowledge and guidance have been instrumental in helping Sums and Solutions prepare and implement our Quality Management System, ensuring our business runs efficiently and meet high standards.
